Dress for Success Worldwide (“Dress for Success”) operates several websites including dressforsuccess.org, blog.dressforsuccess.org, dfsopendoorproject.org, yourhourherpower.org, dfspowerpiece.org and all subdomains of dressforsuccess.org (collectively, “websites”). It is Dress for Success’ policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.
The information we collect from these websites may be shared with our local Dress for Success affiliates (“Affiliate Organizations”). What we say below is true and binding for both Dress for Success and its Affiliate Organizations, and the promises we make below are true against both Dress for Success and our Affiliate Organizations.
Website Visitors

Dress for Success’ purpose in collecting this technical information is to better understand how Dress for Success’ visitors use its website.

Dress for Success is a global network. Any information you share with us, or that we otherwise collect from you, is shared only with the local Affiliated Organization through which you register. Your personal data may be transferred out of the country in which you live. Users in the European Union should know that their data will be transferred to countries that have not been deemed to provide adequate safeguards under the General Data Protection Regulation. The absence of adequate safeguards means that the European Union has not determined that the countries to which your data is being transferred provide adequate protections for your personal data, including the right to pursue legal action for privacy-related matters. We will inform you that your personal information may be transferred out of the EU and we will ask for your consent to do so before we collect any information that may be transferred.

Information collected through our website is accessible to Dress for Success, which is located in the United States, and its Affiliated Organizations regardless of jurisdiction.
