Job Readiness Programs
Road to Success
This is a free, 6-week job readiness and professional empowerment program for women who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking career change. Experienced instructors guide participants through strength assessments, personal branding, resume development, interview skills, and job search strategies. Each participant is paired with a mentor who offers guidance and support through the course and beyond. Our next RTS class starts on January 22nd, 2025!
Professional Women's Group (PWG)
This initiative brings our Road to Success graduates together with other women on a self-improvement track. They meet monthly to network and hear from experts on financial literacy, health and wellness, worker rights, and job retention and advancement. Participants value the sisterhood, positivity, and reinforcement of this experience. Our next PWG Meeting is on December 14th!
Keys to Success
Keys to Success is a workshop program that offers women the opportunity to continue to grow in specific professional areas and skills. Workshops cover leadership, financial literacy, work-life balance, and more, enhancing professional growth and often offering Continuing Education Unit credits. These workshops are a great chance for women to grow their resume and standout in the workplace. Our next Keys to Success workshop will be in January 2025.

Professional Women's Group
The Dress for Success Palm Beaches Professional Women’s Group (PWG) supports graduates of our job readiness and suiting programs with ongoing career development and employment retention. Membership is open to all Dress for Success clients who have successfully gained employment. The group provides a social and networking opportunity for women as they continue on the road to self-discovery and economic independence. Expert speakers provide presentations on workplace topics such as financial literacy, co-worker relations and corporate culture, and employee rights.
Dressing for Success
Our signature service at Dress for Success Palm Beaches is our Suiting Program where women of all ages can obtain what they need for a job interview—from clothing to confidence! We work with approved agencies in our community who refer job-ready women to our Career Center. Referred clients receive one-on-one attention with an experienced personal shopper who will help clients select the clothing, footwear, handbag, jewelry, makeup, and other accessories so they shine on interview day. Topping off a “suiting,” clients meet with an experienced career coach to make sure resumes are in good shape, interviewing skills are in top form, and self-confidence is dialed up.
