Dress for Success Palm Beaches is part of a worldwide movement for change that seeks to provide long-lasting solutions to help women break the cycle of poverty. Join our efforts to help women regain economic stability and financial independence.
We offer professional attire for job interviews and employment, including dresses, suits, tops, slacks, skirts, shoes, purses, accessories, and even scrubs for those in healthcare. Once a client secures a job, she receives a week’s work wardrobe. A volunteer personal stylist helps each client find the right outfit. It’s a transformative experience that boosts confidence and helps make a great first impression — all at no cost!
Road to Success, our free, 6-week job readiness and professional empowerment program, is designed for women who are unemployed, underemployed, or seeking career change. Experienced instructors guide participants through strength assessments, personal branding, resume development, interview skills, and job search strategies. Each participant is paired with a mentor who offers guidance and support through the course and beyond.
This initiative brings our Road to Success graduates together with other women on a self-improvement track. They meet monthly to network and hear from experts on financial literacy, health and wellness, worker rights, and job retention and advancement. Participants value the sisterhood, positivity, and reinforcement of this experience.

Dress for Success Palm Beaches has been selected as one of the charities participating in the 2026 Great Charity Challenge. Dress for Success Palm Beaches was honored as the 2021 Small Nonprofit of the Year at the Hats Off Nonprofit Awards, hosted by Nonprofits First.
Our CEO, Joe Ann Fletcher, won the 2024 Giraffe Award for Women’s Advocacy in recognition of her outstanding commitment to supporting and empowering women in our community.
